摘要
对６７例门脉高压症出血患者施行断流术，其中近段胃壁内外双重断流术４６例，近段胃周围单纯断流术２１例，全组无手术死亡。远期再出血率分别为０％及１４．３％。断流术后自由门脉压平均上升０．４４ｋＰａ，０．２８ｋＰａ。结果表明，近段胃壁内外双重断流彻底。
From January 1989 to September 1996. 67 cases of portal hypertension with vericeal hemorrhage were treated by portazygous disconnection. Of them, 46 were treated by double disconnection of extrawall and interwall proximal stomach; 21 cases with single Hassab operation. There is no operative mortallity in both groups; Longterm recurrent hemorrhage rates were 0% and 14.3% respectively; Postoperative free portal vein pressure were rose average 0.44kPa and 0.28kPa respectively. The results showed that PHT double disconnection of extrawall and interwall proximal stomach was more complete and more effective than single disconnection.
