摘要
解剖观察了７２具尸体与胃上动脉相伴行的静脉，该静脉出现率为３１．９％（２３例），成人平均长２４．５ｍｍ，注入左膈下静脉处的外径为１．３ｍｍ，其收集胃底后壁和责门及食管下段后壁的静脉血。根据静脉命名原则，作者建议命名为胃上静脉（ｓｕｐｅｒｉｏｒｇａｓｔｒｉｃｖｅｉｎ）．并探讨了其临床意义。

vein of the superior gastric artery was identificated on 23 cases of
72 ca-davers(31.9%).The average length in adult is 24.5mm and
external diameter is 1. 3mm at thepoint where it joints the left
inferior phrenic vein,It drains the venous blood from the back wall
ofgastric fundus,the lower part of esophagus and the cardiac.
According to the denomination princi-ple,the vein was named of
superior gastric vein.
