摘要
目的研究氧化LDL和抗氧化剂对人脐静脉内皮细胞一氧化氮的影响。方法用一氧化氮试剂盒测试培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞一氧化氮含量。结果氧化LDL对培养的内皮细胞一氧化氮产生有明显抑制作用(P<0.01),并且具有浓度和时间依赖效应。抗氧化剂VitE可明显减弱氧化的LDL对内皮细胞的损伤,与OX-LDL组相比一氧化氮含量增加21%~60%(P<0.01)。结论氧化LDL可以明显抑制人脐静脉内皮细胞一氧化氮的合成,抗氧化剂VitE有明显的保护作用。
Aim To study the effect of OXLDL and antioxidant on NO production in cultured endothelial cells of human umbilical vein . Methods The level of NO was measured in cultured endothelial cells in human umbilical vein by NO kits. Results OXLDL significantly decrease the level of NO in a dose and timedependent manner in cultured endothelial cells(P<001). Antioxidant VitE can significantly decrease the injury of OXLDL in cultured endothelial cells. NO is increased 21% ̄60%, compared with that in OXLDL group(P<001). Conclusion OXLDL significantly decrease the NO systhesis, antioxidant Vit E can significantly protect endothelial cells from the injury of OXLDL
