Objective In order to investigate the effect of nature convalescent factor(air anion and scenery tour ect.)combine with suitable athletic sport to the level of lipide in plasma of middle and old aged persons. Methods 78 cases of hyperlipidemia patients were divided randomly into two groups:40 cases were nature convalescent factor group without any hypolipemic drugs;38 cases were control group only use PSS. Results After 25 days convalesce.The level of triglyceride (T-G) in 32 cases were reduced,it's efficaciouse rate was 80% and tatal effective rate was 87.5%.The level of HDL-C in 50%(20/40) cases were incease.Otherwith the rates in control group were 52.5%,65.7% and 26.3% separately.There was signifacant difference between the two groups(P<0.05) Conclusion There are better effect to treat hyperliplidmia with nature convalesentfactor combine with suitable athletic sport than drug therapy.It is worthwhile to promote in our clinic practice.
