摘要
作者采用紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法，治疗急性心肌缺血犬６只和不稳定性心绞痛患者３６例，测定治疗前后ＣＤ３＋，ＣＤ４＋，ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞亚群的百分率及ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值的变化，并以常规治疗的１８例同类患者为对照。结果显示，治疗后缺血性心脏病患者的ＣＤ３＋和ＣＤ８＋Ｔ细胞百分率升高，而ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值降低，说明该疗法具有调整细胞免疫功能的作用，且对缺血性心脏病的治疗有一定价值。
Thirtysix cases of ischemic heart disease were treated with UIBO,before and after one course of treatment,the Tlymphocyte subsets such as CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were measured and compared with 18 cases of the same disease,who were treated by routine method. The result showed that the value of CD+3 and CD4+ raised while CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased significantly,suggesting that the UIBO can adjust the cellular immunity functions of human body and does good to ischemic heart disease.
