摘要
目的优选金钱草中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以芦丁为对照品计算总黄酮含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂为70%乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶35,超声仪工作频率为45kHz,提取时间为60min。结论该工艺简单易行,是提取金钱草总黄酮物质的有效途径。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technique of the total flavonoids from Herba Lysimachiae by orthogonal experiment. METHODS The content of the total flavonoids was computed with rutin as standard substance, and the influence of different factors and levels on the ultrasonic extraction technology were investigated by means of simple factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. RESULTS The best extraction condition was as follows： adding 35 times volume of 70 % alcohol, ultrasonic extraction for 60 min with 45 kHz ultrasonic working frequency. CONCLUSION The extraction method is appropriate, simple and feasible, It is an ideal way to extract the flavonoids of Herba Lysimachiae.
