摘要
采用预充电技术和合理的反馈结构设计了一种比较器,与一般的比较器相比,该电路具有更快的响应速度,更高的精度和灵敏度,较小的失调电压和较低的功耗。该比较器采用典型的TSMC0.6μm硅CMOS工艺模型,利用Cadence进行模拟仿真。结果表明,比较器的延时为0.069μs,精度为20mV,在5V电源电压下,功耗为0.7765W。
A novel frame comparator is designed by the pre-charge technology and reasonable feedback frame, which has the advantages over the traditional comparator of greater response speed, higher accuracy and sensitivity, lower offset voltage and lower dissipation. Simulated using Cadence with the standard TSMC 0. 6 μm Si CMOS model, the comparator has a transfer delay time of 0. 069 μs, accuracy of 20 mV and power dissipation of 0. 776 5 W at 5 V.
