摘要
我国高等教育在过去十年间取得了举世瞩目的成绩,从精英阶段进入了大众化初期阶段。但与此同时,有关高等教育投入、债务、财务状况和管理等问题在大众化进程中日益凸显,并引起了社会的广泛关注。本文试图借助一些基本数据的支撑,分析和描述高等教育投入的基本状况和突出问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
Higher education in China has achieved great success in the past decade and realized the transition from elite education to mass education. Meanwhile, the issues of financing, debts, financial situation and management in higher education arouse abroad attention. This article tries to analyze and describe the basic situation and main issues in higher education financing with statistical support, and then make some correspondence suggestions of policy.
