摘要
有限元分析是机械设计工程师不可缺少的主要工具。文中着重介绍I-DEAS模块下摩托车铝合金车轮的有限元分析过程,并以云图的形式显示应力、应变和变形等计算结果,说明在结构复杂模型的有限元分析中,I-DEAS软件是一种可行、有效的分析工具。
The finite element analysis （FEA） is an essential tool for Mechanical Engineer. This article mainly introduces the finite element analysis for aluminum wheel of motorcycle based on I-DEAS. The nephogram of stresss,strain and displacement etc are displayed as the calculated results of the aluminum wheel of motorcycle. It shows that I-DEAS software is a feasible and effective analysis tool in the finite element analysis of the complex model.
