摘要
决定纱线质量的基础因素是原料质量。文章从配绒方面寻找原料指标与纱线指标之间的相关性。结果表明:原绒回潮率、强力、细度、巴布长度、短绒率等与成纱质量指标的相关性较大,影响成纱回潮率、强力、纱线线密度和捻度等重要指标。同时,分析了原料品质和温湿度、粗纺工艺流程之间的相关性,为提高纱线质量提供了理论依据。生产实践和理论分析中得出,原绒品质与工艺二者的主次关系,应根据具体情况和条件,以降低成本提高质量为中心,全面权衡。
The basic factor that determines the final yarn cashmere matching, this article finds the relationship between quality is the material quality. From the view of material indexes and yarn indexes. The results indicate ： the cashmere indexes such as moisture regain, strength, fineness, length, short fiber content and so on have a strong relationship with the yarn Meanwhile,this article also analyzes the technics flow of woollen system, it gives quality such as moisture regain, strength, count, twist and so on. relationship between material quality and temperature, humidity, the theroy foundation to improve the yam quality. From the production practices and theory analysis, it concludes that it should comprehensively weigh the material quality and technics according to the specific instance and condition to lower the cost and improve the quality.
