摘要知识链组织合作创新具有技术轨道的形成优势。其技术轨道的形成取决于技术本身的价值以及政府政策因素与市场因素能否给予新兴的技术轨道在应用中改进的机会。 Knowledge chain＇s collaborative innovation has advantage in the formation of technological trajectories. The formation of technological trajectories in knowledge chain is influenced by the value of technology, whether the government policy factor and market factor give the chance to improve the new technology trajectories in the course of application. The TD alliance in China is a representative knowledge chain, and the study on the case of TD alliance＇s formation of technological trajectories in collaborative innovation has important practical sense
