摘要
采用液体摇瓶培养法,以菌丝体生物量为指标,探讨了6种矿质元素对茶薪菇菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明:钼、锌、钴、钒和铁等能促进茶薪菇菌丝体的生长,而铁对茶薪菇菌丝体有抑制作用。
The discussion of six kinds of mineral elements on Agrocybe rnycelium growth was studied using mycelium biomass as an index, with the method of Shake-flask liquid culture. The results showed that： molybdenum,zinc,cobalt, vanadium and iron can promote the growth of mycelia of Agrocybe aegerita, but iron can inhibited its growth.
