微量元素对食用菌生理效应的研究 被引量:11

摘要 本研究以香菇、金针菇、风尾菇为代表,从孢子形态、菌丝和子实体的生长以及生理酶活等方面比较全面地探讨了Zn、Cu、Ni元素对食用菌生长发育的影响。结果表明:微量元素对食用菌生长发育的影响,存在着种类及浓度差异;其中Zn的增产效应是显著的;Cu对香菇产量抑制明显,而对凤尾菇有增产效应;低浓度的Zi对提高香菇和风尾菇的质量是有益的,但对金针菇则有明显的抑制作用。 In this paper,the physiological reaction of Zn,Cu and Ni on Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus membrancensand FIammulina were studied completely,such as the shape of spore,the growth of hypha and fruit and theenzyme activity etc.The results showed that the effect of trace elements on growth of these edible fungi be-ing differ in variety and concentrations.Generally trace elements could promote growth of about the ediblefungi in low concentration,Cu could restrain yield of Lentinus edodes clearly but increase yield of Pleurotusmembrancens.Zn could make these edible fungi production increase clearly.The low concentration of Nicould improve the quality of Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus membrancens,but it could restrain the growth ofFlammulina velutipes clearly.
