摘要
介绍食品接触材料中有害物质氨基脲的主要来源、毒理特点、国内外相关法规要求及检测方法等,在此基础上提出了相关管理措施和建议。
To demonstrate the impact of semicarbazide in food contacting materials on food safety. This review provides an overview of the information about semicarbazide（SEM） in the food contacting materials, including the source of SEM in food contacting materials, the toxicity of SEM, regulatory requirements on SEM in food contacting materials and some relevant detection methods. Some manage suggestions about SEM in food contacting materials are given. Hope that the relevant regulatory authority and some food enterprises can pay more attention to the SEM in the food contacting materials.
