番茄4个品质性状的遗传效应研究 被引量:13

摘要 选用意庄2号、402、854、锡粉1号、桔黄佳辰5个番茄红素含量呈梯度差异的品种为试材,分5个采期,测定成熟番茄果实中番茄红素、胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸、可溶性固形物含量等4个品质性状。结果表明:各性状的一般配合力效应比较稳定,特殊配合力差异较大;番茄红素、胡萝卜素均表现出明显的超中优势。并应用双列资料的遗传模型分析方法估算出番茄红素、胡萝卜素2个性状基因遗传属加性-显性模型;推算出各亲本品种的番茄红素、胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸性状的显、隐性基因分布趋势。 Five tomato varieties (Yizhuang No. 2, 402, 854, Xifeng No. 1 and Jubilee) were used to determine and study thecombining ability, heterosis, correlation and genetical parameters of lycopene,carotene, ascorbic acid and soluble solid contents of ripened fruit. The genetieal models of Lycopene, carotene and ascorbic acid were given by the analytic method of diallel crosses design. The results are summarized as follows: There is significant difference among the general combing ability effects (GCA) of the four quality characters. The special combining ability effects (SCA) are significantly different among genotypes and in harvest dates. The lycopene content shows positive heterosis but carotene content shows negative heterosis. Both ascorbie acid and soluble solid are insignificant. The heredity of lycopene and carotene can be explained by the additive dominative genetical model. The heritabilities of lycopene and carotene are higher, whereas that of ascorbic acid and soluble solid are lower.
