摘要
以图像电脑自动分析技术研究了普通大麦(Hordeum vulgare L.)四个品种和栽培黑麦(Secale cereale L.)一个品种的染色体N-带和C-带,如染色体图像分割、单个染色体的提取、黑白灰度的调整、交叉染色体分离和弯曲染色体的拉直等.在此基础上对染色体特征带纹的提取和染色体电脑模式的建立,以及根据电脑模式而进行的同源染色体自动匹配方法均作了探索。证明这些方法和技术在植物染色体研究中有一定的实用价值。
Computer-assisted analysis of Giemsa banded chromosome images of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) and rye (Secale Cereale L.) was carried out in the present research. The processing techniques for filtering noise, selecting threshold of grey level to segment chromosome from background, separating crossed chromosomes and aligning chromosomes were studied. On the basis of above research the banding features were ex- tracted and the models of C-or N-banded chromosomes of barley and rye were established by computer. Finally, the homologous chromosomes were automatically paired bassed on the models.
