摘要
通过子实体组织分离的菌种,接种于PDA和MEA平板培养基上,在25℃恒温下培养1~6周。根据菌落细胞外氧化酶检测反应、菌丝类型及分化、锁状联合分布、菌丝和菌落的颜色、产孢情况等特征,对中国东北针阔叶树60种主要多孔菌,进行了培养特性及鉴定分类系统的研究。本文报道主要研究方法和9种阔叶树上多孔菌培养特性的研究结果。
By isolating the fructification tissue, the cultures were inoculated in petri dishes on PDA medium and MEA medium, they were incubated at 25℃ for 1~6 weeks. According to the diagnostic charater such as the presence or absence of extracellular oxidase of mat, the type of hyphae and its differentiation, the distribution of clamp connection, the color of hyphae and mat and occurrence of spore, the culture character of 60 kinds of polypores in Northeast China were studied. The paper reported the study method and the results about culture characters of polypores on 9 species broad-leaf tree.
