摘要
制备了新型AlCl.36H2O-TiCl3/C(Al-Ti/C)复合催化剂,分别以AlCl.36H2O/C、TiCl3/C、AlCl.6H2O-TiCl3/C为催化剂,乙酸和乙醇为原料,一步酯化法合成乙酸乙酯(EA)。讨论了醇酸物质的量比、反应温度、回流时间以及催化剂用量、种类与配比等因素对酯化反应的影响,并得出最佳反应条件。结果表明,AlCl.36H2O-TiCl3/C复合型催化剂的催化活性优于AlCl.36H2O/C和TiCl3/C,进一步提高了反应产率。
Improved AlCl3·6H2O-TiCl3/C (Al-Ti/C) combined catalyst was prepared. Using AlCl3·6H2O/C, TiCl3/C,AlCl·6H2O-TiCl3/C as catalysts, acetic acid and ethanol as raw materials, ethyl acetate (EA) was prepared via direct esterification. The paper referred to the ratio of alcohol and acid, reaction temperature, reaction time, combined catalyst content and kind. The experimental result showed catalytic activity of Al-Ti/C was better than that of AlCl3·6H2O/C and TiCl3/C with higher yield of reaction.
