摘要
韩国的高等教育经过几十年的发展取得很大的成就。21世纪初,韩国政府相继出台了一系列的政策法规对高等教育加以调整,即通过国立大学的合并、增强地方大学创新能力、学术研究促进、加强高等教育的国际合作与交流等政策措施以促进高等教育的发展。韩国和我国在高等教育的发展有许多相似之处,韩国高等教育政策改革经验可以为我国高等教育改革提供启示与借鉴。
Higher education of South Korea has achieved great progress in the past decades. In the early 21st century, the ROK government unveiled a series of policies to make adjustment in higher education such as mergence of state-funded universities, enhancement of local universities＇ creative capacity, promotion of academic research, and enforcement of international cooperation and exchanges. The author suggests that China can learn from South Korea in the reform of higher learning institutions with some aspects in common.
