摘要
本文在考察韩国高等教育大众化历程的基础上，揭示了韩国高等教育大众化以社会需求为导向，以多样化的高等教育体制为保障．以社会办学力量为主要动力，从大波动渐趋平稳的高速前进等特征。
The paper bases on the development ar Korean mass higher education, reveals the features as following: it regards social needs as orientation, various higher education system as safeguard, social force for education as main impetus, and develops from great fluctuation to steady proceeding.
