摘要
用消化法所得的猪旋毛虫蚴分别接种猪、犬。结果表明：猪旋毛虫对猪、犬的感染性存在着明显差异，在猪的繁殖力指数（ＲＣＴ）为１１７．０４，而在犬为３０．６０，说明哈尔滨地区猪旋毛虫相当于旋毛形线虫（Ｔｒｉｃｈｉｎｅｌａｓｐｉｒａｌｉｓ）；其对猪感染性较高而对犬感染较差，但能通过犬的感染而对人体健康构成威胁。
Swine and dogs were inoculated with Trichinella sp.from swine.It was found that infectivity of Trichinella sp.from swine for pigs and dogs was significantly different.Trichinella sp.from swine was infective for pig and the reproductive capacity index(RCI)117.04,however,for dog,RCI=30.60.It is concluded that Trichinella sp.from swine is of higher infectivity to swine than to dogs,and most probably corresponds to Trichinella spiralis and would present a major zoonotic threat to the human consumer via dog inadvertently infected.
