摘要
系统地探讨了不同培养条件对犬旋毛虫肌幼虫体外培养的影响.结果表明,犬旋毛虫肌幼虫包囊最佳消化时间为38℃下消化14h;最佳培养温度为37℃,气体条件为8%CO2,培养液为pH=7.0的RPMI-1640.按所选择的最佳条件进行培养,明显延长了犬旋毛虫肌幼虫的体外培养时间,体外培养持续时间达24d.
The various culture factors affecting the vitro culture of larva-in-muscle of canine Trichinella were discussed. The results showed that the optimum digestive time was 14 h at 38 ℃;the best culture temperature was 37 ℃; The best gas condition was in 8% CO_2; the best culture solution was RPMI-1640 and its pH was 7.0. Based on these optimum conditions, the culture time of the Larva-in-muscle of canine Trichinella in vitro was lengthened and could amount to 24 d.
