摘要
目的:研究高龄髋部骨折手术治疗的特点、术前合并症和术后并发症的预防和处理。方法:回顾62例高龄(80岁以上)髋部骨折的手术选择及术前、术后的注意事项。结果:除4例患者疗效欠佳外,其余取得较好效果。结论:高龄髋部骨折应尽早手术治疗,其麻醉和手术方法应尽量简单有效,术前积极准备和术后积极预防、处理并发症是保证手术成功的关键。
Objective： To study the feature complications before and after operation of the aged hip fracture, then find out the suitable measure for it. Method： We reviewed the way of operation, cautions before and after operation in 62 cases the aged hip fracture. Result： All of them were good effect except 4 poor effect. Conclusion： The early surgical and simple anesthesia and measure should be adopted for the aged hip fracture. The key point for the successful operation is good preparation before surgery and the careful prevention for the complication after surgery.
