摘要
目的:观察二氧化氯(ClO2)对坑道及人防工事空气消毒效果及ClO2降解情况,为进驻人员健康及内部储存物资安全提供保障依据。方法:采用电动气溶胶喷雾器进行ClO2喷雾消毒;用撞击法和沉降法同时检测消毒前后细菌总数及真菌数;用ClO2空气监测仪监测消毒后ClO2降解情况。结果:①10 mg/m3ClO2对坑道及人防工事房间消毒30 min,撞击法及沉降法检测细菌总数消亡率分别为94.6%和93.5%;真菌消亡率分别为92.1%和89.6%。②坑道及人防工事、地面普通平房、地面密闭房间空气中ClO2从10 mg/m3至完全降解(0 mg/m3),降解时间分别为120 min,160 min和693 min。结论:以10 mg/m3ClO2对坑道及人防工事房间空气消毒,杀菌效果满意。消毒后120min ClO2降解完全,人员进入消毒现场,无不良反应及刺激性症状。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of air disinfection with ClO2 in tunnels and personnel fortifications and the degradation of ClO2 , to provide a basis of safety assurance for personnel assigned and stored. Methods :ClO2 disinfection was carried out by electric aerosol sprayer. The total counts of air bacteria and fungi were examined by impinging sampling and sedimentation methods before and after the disinfection. The degradation of ClO2 after disinfection was monitored by ClO2 air monitors. Results:①The rooms in tunnels and personal fortifications were disinfected with ClO2 spray at 10 mg/L for 30 min. The bacterial killing rate was 94.6% by impinging sampling method and 93.5% by sedimentation method. The fungal killing rate was 92.1% and 89.6% ,respectively. ②ClO2 degraded from 10 mg/m^3 to 0 mg/m^3 after 120 min in tunnels and personnel fortifications, 160 minutes in common bungalows and 693 minutes in closed rooms on the ground. Conclusion:The efficacy of ClO210 mg/m^3 in disinfection of tunnels and personnel fortifications is satisfactory. ClO2 degrades entirely in 120 minutes after disinfection and personnel inside the rooms have no adverse reactions and irritant symptoms.
