摘要
电场处理水已广泛应用于生产实践中．影响电场处理水研究的一个重要因素是难以观察处理后的细微变化．笔者通过实验表明，观察水及水溶液近区拉曼光谱的变化，是一种有效的研究方法．
Electric field treated water has been used in production, but there is not yet any corresponding theary. One of the important reasons is the difficulty to observe the fine changes in studing treating theory. The lowfrequency Raman spectra of water is a better window. This paper studies fine changos of electric field treating water from this window.
