摘要
用龙岩高岭土合成4A沸石,成胶过程采用磁力搅拌代替机械搅拌,高岭土的利用率可提高20%~30%;产品质量以钙交换能力计,平均达到298mgCaCO3/g干沸石;粒径1μm.并就作用机制进行了探讨.
In the formation process of colloid for the synthesis of 4A zeolites from Longyan kaolin, the utilization rate of kaolin can be raised by 20%~30% by use of magnetic stirring instead of mechanical stirring. The calcium ion exchange capacity, on the average, reached 298 mg CaCO 3/g dry zeolites. The particles have about 1 μm in size. The mechanism of reaction is also discussed.
