摘要
本文采用不同的培养方法,在低浓度(10~200ppm)下研究了铅在不结球白菜体内的分布,累积情况以及不结球白菜产生的部分生物效应。发现从根部进入植物体内的铅主要累积在根部。不结球白菜对铅有较强的吸收累积能力。在本试验浓度范围内不仅对植株无害,反而有一定的促进生长作用,增加了叶绿素及蛋白质含量。
The paper describes the accumulation of low consistency heavy metal Pb2+ (10 - 200ppm) in Brassica chinesis and the biological effect. The results showed that Pb2+ is accumulated mainly in roots. The harmlessness was not found with the treatment of low consistency Pb2+, and its promotion to growth occured by increasing the content of plant protein and leaf chlorophyll. But we must pay more attention to its toxity to human body.
