摘要
马拉维和加纳分别于1994年和1996年开始实施免费义务教育政策,它们的实施方式存在一定的差异,从而也使得在实施免费义务教育后10年内的教育规模和质量有所差别,同时也使得两国义务教育体系的公平与效率也产生了差异,主要体现在入学率、师生比、留级率和升学率等指标上。
In 1994 and 1996, Malawi and Ghana have been implemented free primary education policy, but their methods are different, thus after 10 years of the implementation of the free primary education , this two country vary by the size and quality of education, at the same time, they has made equity and efficiency of their compulsory education system also had a difference, mainly in enrollment, teachers and students ratio, repetition rates, completion rates and other indicators.
