摘要
[目的]研究遮阴处理大叶黄杨叶片生理响应。[方法]以大叶黄杨为研究对象,在50%、75%和90%3个遮阴处理下,测定叶面积、比叶重、叶形指数等形态指标以及叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/b值、质膜透性、游离脯胺酸等生理指标。[结果]结果表明,大叶黄杨具有极强的耐阴性,且随着遮阴强度的加强,其叶片形态与生理指标表现出规律性响应。[结论]园林绿化中应充分利用大叶黄杨的耐阴性,合理配置。
[Objective] The study researches the leaf physiological response of Euonynuis japonicus to different shading treatments. [Method] Taking Eu-
onymus japonicus as research object, leaf area, specific leaf weight, leaf index and other morphological indicxes, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a/ b, membrane permeability, free proline and other physiological indexes are determined under 50% ,70% and 90% shading treatments. [Result] The results show that Euonymus japonicus has extremely strong shade tolerance, the shade tolerance is increasing with shading strength, morphological and physiological indexes manifest regular response. [Conclusion] It must adequately use shade tolerance of Euonymus japonicus and reasonably distributing.
