摘要
以凹叶景天(Sedum emarginatum)为试验材料,在不同的光照条件下研究其生长的最适光照条件,比较了不同光照条件下凹叶景天生物生长量的差异。结果表明,不同光照强度处理能显著影响凹叶景天的植株高度、叶片数、叶面积和茎杆直径。过强光照或过弱光照均不利于凹叶景天生长和发育,在透光率为50.68%的光照条件下,其生长发育状况最佳。
This research compared the differences among morphological characteristics under different illu- mination intensity conditions. Our results showed the plant height, leaf number, leaf area and stem diame- ter were significantly affected by different illumination intensity, S. emarginaturn had some shade toler- ance. However, too low or too high illumination intensity was not suitable for its growth. The best light condition for growth of S. ernarginatum is 50.68% light transmission rate.
