摘要
新医改方案中逐步取消药品加成政策,是目前医疗卫生行业的热点话题。本文分析了JIT药品采购模式和传统采购模式的不同,指出了目前医院所处的供应链管理环境已经建立,实施新的药品采购管理模式已经提上日程。在本文的最后还提出了实施JIT药品采购模式的方法和措施。
The new medical reform program in addition to phase out the drug policy, medical and health industries are currendy a hot topic. This paper analyzes the JIT drug procurement patterns and the different traditional procurement model. Pointed out that the current hospital environment where supply chain management has been set up, the implementation of the new drug procurement management model has been put on the agenda. Finally at this article also proposed the implementation of JIT model of drug procurement methods and measures.
