我国经济的发展形成了特有的区域经济特征,并伴之以区域物流产业集群的形成。在顺应绿色经济的区域经济背景下,政府应发挥积极的作用:从倡导绿色理念着手,大力发展物流基础设施,规制物流体制,建立绿色物流标准体系等,全力促进区域经济的可持续发展。
