摘要
对厚壁件内孔拉削精度进行了试验研究,结果表明:刀具初期磨损阶段,工件孔径尺寸偏大,且变化较快;刀具正常磨损阶段,工件孔径尺寸偏小,尺寸稳定;入口处锥度较大.由于振动原因入口处椭圆度较大.上述规律对于控制均匀厚壁零件内孔拉削精度是有益的.
Experimental study of broaching precision of heavy wall workpiece shows that workpiece aperture turns large in initiative wearing stage of the tool,and the change is fast;workpiece aperture turns small in normal wearing stage,and the dimension is stable.The coning of entry is larger;the ovality of entry is larger because of vibration The results are useful in broaching precision control of heavy wall workpiece.
