摘要
通过理论、计算出消失模铸造浇注温度应比砂型铸造提高多少的数学公式,并以EPS及铝合金为例,计算出其值为18℃,根据负压对消失模铸件凝固的影响,指明实际应用时薄壁件根据合金的种类及型砂、涂料层导热系数的不同而应比计算值略有提高,而对厚壁件则恰恰相反。
Math formula calculating an increment that pouring tem.perature of EPC than pouring temperature of sand mould casting has been gained by theory ,with a calculated value 18 for EPS and A1 alloy. According to effect of negative pressure on solidification of EPC castings,it has been pointed out that for thin wall castings it should be a slight higher value than a calculated one upon variety of alloys,molding sands and heat conductivity of coatings while reverse for thick wall ones.
