摘要
建立一个滇池流域的环境保护投入产出表,用生产函数的方法来确定直接消耗系数,使投入产出表不仅具有动态特性,而且体现了技术进步;以这个直接消耗系数为基础建立包括多阶段、动态多目标规划模型,系统动力学模型,大系统动态最优控制模型的模型体系;
In this paper, we establish a input-output table of environmental protection, Using Cobbe-Douglas production function to find out direct consumption coefficient that led the input-output table both be dynamic and reflects techonlogy progress Based on the direct consumption coefficient, the model systems are set up, which include multistage dynamic multiple objective programming model, system dynamics model, dynamic optimal control model for large-scale Through the model systems we can doing simulation and experiments, and caculate the dynamic value of environmental management index systems which can ensure the achievement of sustainable development objective of Dainchi basin
