摘要
为有效地支持制造企业在制造过程的协作与协同,并提供信息平台的支撑,提出了一种新的网络化协同制造执行平台的架构、运作流程和服务集成技术。针对跨企业制造过程协作对网络化协同制造执行平台的需求提出了一种基于语义服务的网络化协同制造执行平台的系统体系结构;在分析基于语义的网络化协同制造执行平台的支撑技术、构建技术和运作技术体系的基础上,对基于语义服务的网络化协同制造执行平台的运作流程和基于语义网关的平台集成模式与集成过程进行了研究。最后,在平台体系结构和实现技术的指导下进行了原型平台的开发和应用验证。
To effectively support the cooperation and collaboration in manufacturing process and provide information platform support for extended manufacturing enterprises, a new system of architecture, operation process and services integration approach for Networked Collaborative Manufacturing Execution Platform （NCMEP） was put forward. Firstly, aiming at the requirements for manufacturing process collaboration in extended manufacturing enterprises, a system framework of networked collaborative manufacturing execution platform based on semantic Web Services was presented. Secondly, based on analysis of supporting technologies, construction technologies and operation technologies for NCMEP, two key technologies for NCMEP were studied in detail, which included the manufacturing execution chain based operation process of NCMEP and the semantic gateway based services integration mode and integration process for the NCMEP. Finally, a NCMEP prototype was developed and applied in an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise.
