摘要
分析加氢装置胺液带油问题的原因,指出带油对循环氢压缩机系统、气体脱硫、胺液再生、设备长周期运行的影响,介绍影响胺液系统运行过程中的重要参数和工艺控制中采取的措施,提出解决问题的对策。
Analyzed reasons for amine liquor entraining oil in hydrogenation unit, pointed out its influences on H2 circulating compressor system, sulfur removal by gas, amine liquor regeneration, and long term operation of the equipment. Presented important parameters for amine liquor system operation and measures taken for process control, and proposed solutions for the problem.
