摘要
本文在总结、分析企业组织历史变革的原因、影响因素的基础上,提出了信息化时代企业组织发展、变革的基本方向和主要组织形式,并概括了信息化时代企业组织的基本特征.
In this paper, the causes and factors of revelution of enterprise organization was summarized and analyzed historically. Then the tendency and figuration of enterprise organization in the informalionazing times was presented, and the characters of enterprise organization in the informationaz-ing times were described.
