Advance in the Serial Analysis of Gene Expression

摘要 基因表达系列分析技术是一种以测序为基础,采用数字化分析手段,在转录物水平上研究细胞或组织基因表达模式的有效工具。该技术不仅能够全面地分析特定组织或细胞表达的基因,获得这些基因表达丰度的数量信息,还可比较不同组织、不同时空条件下基因表达的差异,具有高通量、高效性的特点,并能发现新基因。论文就基因表达系列分析技术的原理、特点及其改进进行综述。 Serial analysis of gene expression(SAGE)is a powerful sequence-based tool, which allows the analysis of gene expression patterns in cell or tissue at the level of transcripts withdigital analysis. It can be used not only to overally analyze the genes that expressed in specific cells or tissues in order to get the quantity information of the expressed genes, but also to simultaneously compare the differential genes expressed in different tissues and conditions. It has high flux and performance, and can find new genes. The research progresses on the principle, characteristics and improvement of SAGE technique were overviewed.
