A Review of Methods and Progress in Plant Gene Differential Expression Researches

摘要 对目前在植物基因差异表达研究领域主要采用的消减杂交,DDRT-PCR,cDNA-RDA,cDNA-AFLP,SSH,基因芯片和SAGE等研究方法的原理、特点、研究进展以及发展趋势进行了综述.这些方法各有特点,可根据研究工作的需要选择合适的研究方法. This paper summarizes the principle and characteristics of main techniques adopted in plant gene differential expression research, such as subtractive hybridization, DDRT-PCR, cDNA- RDA, cDNA-AFLP, SSH, gene chips, and SAGE (serial analysis of gene expression), research progress, and the latest development trend in the area. These methods have different characteristics. Researchers, therefore, can select proper techniques according to their need.
