应用螺旋CT研究上颌第一前磨牙的内外形态 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价螺旋CT研究牙体形态的价值。方法应用螺旋CT扫描5个冠根测量值均在标准值范围内的上颌第一前磨牙,数字化保存图像。在诊断工作站上以AW4.0-05软件三维重建牙齿外形轮廓。然后利用牙科数字成像系统(RVG)拍摄离体牙颊舌向和近远中向的影像。比较三维重建牙齿与RVG影像在研究牙体内外形态时的优劣。结果螺旋CT能一次精确快速完成牙齿扫描,可三维观察并重建牙齿;螺旋CT影像更清晰反映牙体外形和内部根管形态。结论螺旋CT是一种较好的研究牙体形态的工具,具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective To evaluate the value of spiral computed tomography(SCT) in studying tooth morphology. Methods Five standard maxillary first premolars were scanned by SCT,and the images were stored in digital. The three dimensional outline of the teeth were reconstructed by the AW4.0-05 software on the workstation. Then standardized periapical radiovisiography (RVG) images were taken from buccolingual and mesiodistal directions. The reconstructed teeth and the RVG images were compared and analyzed. Results Maxillary first premolars were scanned accurately at a time and reconstructed successfully. The reconstructed teeth were better in studying the outline and inner morphology. Conclusion The SCT is a good tool in studying tooth morphology', and has extensive applied perspective.
