摘要
目的建立全颌单个标准牙冠及全牙列的三维数据库。方法利用探针式扫描仪扫描全牙列28颗标准牙冠模型,并结合国人牙冠平均值进行校正,处理数据,重建全牙列各牙冠的三维图形;将各牙冠在同一坐标系中排列成牙尖交错(牙合)全牙列。结果扫描仪所测数据处理、校正后重建了国人二十八颗标准牙冠的数据库以及标准牙尖交错(牙合)全牙列。结论单个标准牙牙冠以及标准牙尖交错铪全牙列数据精确可靠,为口腔固定义齿CAD/CAM系统的开发打下基础,并丰富了口腔医学医疗与教学手段。
Objective To build a databank of the standard three dimensional (3D) tooth crowns and denture. Methods Twenty-eight standard tooth crowns were scanned using the 3D mechanical scanner. The acquired data was processed and calibrated with the average Chinese tooth crowns size data. Then a 3D model of the tooth crowns and the dentures were constructed. Results The data obtained by the scanner was reconstructed. After calibrating, the 3D databank of the ideal Chinese tooth crowns and dentures at intercuspided occlusion was built. Conclusion The computerized, standardized 3D tooth crows and denture databank is accurate and reliable. It provides the infrastructure for the CAD/CAM system and provides access to more applications for clinical and teaching programs.
