摘要
通过对远东控股集团引进德国Troester公司最新的500 kV悬链式交联电缆生产线的技术特点、控制绝缘偏心的研究,进一步说明高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆应用悬链式(CCV)交联工艺是完全可行的,其绝缘偏心控制水平甚至要好于立式(VCV)交联工艺。
Investigation of the technical characteristics of the 500 kV eatenary continuous vulcanization (CCV) line imported from TROESTER, Germany by Far-East Holding Group and its control of insulation eccentricity demonstrated further that production of HV XLPE power cables by the CCV line was completely feasible and that the CCV crosslinking even had better control of insulation eccentricity than the vertical continuous vulcanization VCV) erosslinking.
