摘要
研究了高铬铸铁磨球在不同介质淬火的冷却曲线、温度场、淬火裂纹、断面上硬度分布以及φ60磨球的跌落冲击试验.结果表明空淬未能淬硬,水淬产生裂纹,油淬对小于φ100的磨球不产生裂纹.采用有机淬火介质A1得到良好的综合机械性能,无机介质B1经适当整调也能满足要求。
A study into the cooling curves,the temperature fields, the quenching crackes,and the hardeningdistributions of the cross-section of high chromium cast iron in grinding-ball(no Mo) with different quenching medium, and the ball-on- ball impact-spalling test for φ60 grinding-ball. Restults shewed that air quen- ching can'st make quenching-hardening, water quenching produces crack, oil quenching does not produce crack only for grinding-ball under 100mm in diameter The organic solution for quenching medium A1 can get the good of all the com- prehensive mechanical properties, and the inorganic solution for quenching me- dium B1 also proves satisfactory after adequate modification.
