摘要
采用V、Ti、B变质处理26Cr高铬铸铁,研究了细化晶粒,改善共晶碳化物形貌与分布,以及获得高含铬量马氏体基体的热处理方法。该方法显著提高了26Cr高铬铸铁的抗冲击和抗腐蚀磨损能力。
The high - Cr cast iron containing 26% Cr was inoculated with V, Ti and B. The heat treatment process to fine the crystals, improve morphology and distribution of eutectic carbide, as well as, to obtain martensite matrix with high content of chromium was researched. As a result, the anti - impact capacity, corrosion - resistance and wear - resistance of the 26Cr high - Cr cast iron was obviously improved.
