摘要
二层规划是一类重要的优化问题．该文先给出线性－二次二层规划问题的性质，提出求解它的有效的全局算法，指出了算法的有限终止性．结果表明算法是可行的．
The bilevel programming problem is an important optimization problem. In this paper, the properties of the Linear Quadric Bilevel Programming (LQBP) problem is presented first, and then an efficient algorithm that will be completed within finite steps is proposed for its solution. Examples illustrate that the algorithm is feasible and efficient.
