用电子鼻比较罗地亚檀香系列的香气 被引量:7

摘要 应用一种新方法来区别法国罗地亚檀香系列的香气。利用电子鼻采集四种商品化檀香的香气,得到相应的实验数据,利用主成分分析法(PCA)、单类成分判别分析法(SMICA)等多元统计方法进行数据分析,结果发现四种檀香的香气有一定的差别;电子鼻能够对罗地亚檀香进行区别。 A new method was used to distinguish the aroma of France Rhodia sandalwood series. The perfume of four sort of sandalwood was sampled from headspaee of emanating,and then response values were obtained. After this, data analysis was conducted hy using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Soft Independent Modeling of Class Analogy(SM1CA), etc. Results indicated that aroma profile of the four samples had definite difference, and electronic nose could distinct the aroma of Rhodia sandalwood.
