摘要
研究了微波萃取胭脂虫红色素的影响因素,利用正交试验对微波萃取条件进行优化。确定了最佳提取工艺为微波功率为560W,微波作用时间为40s,料液比为1∶4,合适的提取次数为10次。经过10次浸提色素的得率可达42.11%。
Orthogonal tests were adapted to optimize the microwave extraction process. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction were obtained as follows: the ratio of material to solvent 1:4 at 560W for 40s. The extracting time was 10 under this condition. The extract was evaporated to dryness and the crude extract was obtained with the yield of 42.11%.
