摘要
在研究了起重量7 500 t的起重船安全的基础上,提出了多重安全保护方法实施起重机实时集中监视与报警保护。设计的保护系统由参数层、设备层、子系统层和起重机层构成多重复合结构,起重机层作为安全执行的决策层,以前3层局部监视状态为基础,运用联想记忆方法进行起重机综合评判,多重安全保护方法可以提高保护的可靠性。
The demands of crane vessel are increased under exploitation of ocean resource. The safety protection of 360 degree revolving and self-propelled large floating crane is very important. Base on research works of safety of a 7500 t floating crane, a multi:layers safety protection method is proposed for real time centralized monitoring and alarming protection of the crane. The multi layers safety protection system is consist of a compound configuration by parameter layer, equipment layer, subsystem layer and crane layer. The crane layer is a decision layer of security executing. A method of associate memory is used for crane comprehensive evaluation base on monitoring state of three previous layers. The reliability of protection can be increased by using multi-layers safety protection method.
