摘要
基于统计数据,选取人口、资源、能源和农机化等4类农业生产资料,运用统计方法和灰色关联度法分析农业生产资料投入情况的单项指标和综合指标,以及各项指标对农业经济发展影响程度,并用GM(1,1)预测未来农业生产资料投入。结果显示,农药和农业机械总动力对农业经济关联度最大,有效灌溉面积、乡村劳动力和农用化肥施用量较低;预计到2020年耕地面积降低,其它均上升。最后,提出了农业生产资料利用效率至上的管理战略。
Based on statistics data,the paper selected the population,resources,energy,and agricultural mechanization of the four broad categories of agriculture production material,analyzed single and comprehensive input indicators and the indicators of agricultural economic development impact,and used GM（1,1） to predict the agricultural production material input,brought forward efficiency-first management strategic.
